The Quality Inn provided a great location for my business trip, with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot items and fresh fruit. The staff was consistently respectful and attentive throughout my stay.
The air conditioning in my room was noisy and disrupted my sleep.

The property was fairly clean with incredibly friendly and particularly helpful stuff. The location was particularly good and excellant, for example, Cross Point Church was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location near Nashville is great for quick access to the city. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, nice for a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were severely lacking. Just packaged items in a paper bag without any hot food. I was also disappointed that the pool was closed without prior notice, especially since I was hoping to enjoy some leisure time. The hallways and stairwells looked outdated and needed repair, which took away from the overall vibe of the hotel. Despite these issues, the staff's kindness helped ease the experience a bit.

The hotel screams for updates, as many areas felt neglected and dated. The hallways had an odd smell, and the rooms were not clean, with large stains on the bedding and crumbs leftover from previous guests. The sleep sofa was surprisingly uncomfortable, resembling a metal box that creaked with every move. The breakfast left a lot to be desired with limited choices and cramped seating in the lobby. The lack of pool access for maintenance was also disappointing, especially after a long drive.
